Your Name & Email Address We collect these when you:

  • Make a purchase from our Shopify store

  • Sign up for our newsletter

  • Contact us for help or with questions

  • Answer your plant care questions

  • Share helpful growing tips (only if you've opted in)

Order Information When you buy something, we collect:

  • Your shipping address

  • Payment info (but we never store your full credit card details – that's handled securely by Shopify and their payment processors)

  • What you bought and when

We use this to ship your products and keep records for customer service.

What We DON'T Do

  • We don't sell your email to anyone. Ever. Your inbox is sacred.

  • We don't spam you. If you're on our email list, it's because you asked to be there.

  • We don't share your personal info except with the service partners we need to run our business - like Shopify for processing orders, or our shipping partners.

  • With service providers who help us run our business – like Shopify, shipping companies, and email services – and they're contractually required to keep your info safe

  • If required by law – like if we get a valid court order
